We respectfully ask that you provide us with 24 hours’ notice of cancellation for any appointments from Monday to Friday.
Saturday appointments require 48 hours’ notice to be cancelled. Cancellation within 48 hours may incur a fee.
We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice, or to ask for a non-refundable deposit toward your next appointment, in cases of multiple late notice cancellations or missed appointments.
Due to the scarcity of available Saturday appointments, any Saturday appointments that you fail to attend or fail to cancel 48 hours prior, will need to be rescheduled to an appointment between Monday to Friday.
